Translate Translations Prestashop Module is a practical and powerful tool dedicated to translate Prestashop translations easily. It contains a very easy to use configuration section which will help you set the API you wants to use. Right now it allows you to use Microsoft and Google TranslatorAPI. This user guide is going to help you configuring this module and guiding you to translate your translations.

Purpose of this module
Reducing work several hours have, for example, to translate all texts of the installed modules from English into Spanish or any other language.

Module installation
As for any other module, unzip the .zip file and upload the “a4translation” folder via FTP inside the “modules” folder on your server. Install the module via the back-office as usual.

How can I use the Microsoft Translator API
To configure this module to be using the Microsoft Translator API, you need the Client ID and the Client Secret provided by Microsoft. You can get them by following the next Youtube video. Follow the steps from 2:10 until 6:23. https://youtu.be/Wwu0MUVDDng?t=130.Once you have the Client ID and the Client Secret provided by Microsoft, you can configure this module settings selecting the use of Microsoft API.
How can I use the Google Translator API
To configure this module to be using the Google Translator API, you need the API KEY provided by Google. You can get them by following the next Youtube video. Follow the steps of his video with no sound. https://youtu.be/qP5-78V4EJI. Once you have the API KEY provided by Google, you can configure this module settings selecting the use of Google API.

What does the input background colors after the translation means?
Once the translations has been made, we will help you find easily the translations made.
If an input has a yellow background color:
It means that is a field that has been translated by this module and that has expressions such as %s %d, etc. that requires you double-check the integrity of these expressions. Sometimes the API separate the % from the ‘d’, ’s’, etc.
If an input has a green background color:
It means that is a field that has been translated by this module.
Terms and conditions
This module does not save the translations automatically. It requires the intervention of an save to click “Save” or “Save and stay”. Please check the translations before saving. 4Addictic is not responsible for misuse of this module.
